  Bert and the GEM Mortgage team is the best! They made the process as less stressful as it could be. Bert was very helpful and prompt to answer ALL, and I mean ALL of our questions and concerns. He gave us updates the entire process. We would definitely recommend him and his team for any refinancing and home purchasing needs. Thanks Bert! You really are the best!

  Terry is the absolute best! He is local and personable, responds to text/email/calls promptly, and is always willing to go out of his way to make sure you get the best service. My wife and I recently closed on a house and used Terry to help us acquire a loan. He walked us through everything, assisted us with any and all questions we had (and even ones we did not know we had), and ensured that everything ran smoothly. There were a few times we would think of additional questions, and Terry was very quick to return our inquiries. He ensured that we had all of the proper documents and that we were able to get the best rate. I would highly recommend Terry to anyone looking for a home loan, as his personal service cannot be beat!

  Terry is genuinely the BEST guy to help you with all of your mortgage needs! My husband & I purchased our first home last year and then just recently refinanced for a better rate. Both done through Terry, and the process was SO smooth. I totally felt that our best interest was ALWAYS the highest priority. And there was never any pressure to commit to anything we didn't feel comfortable with, which was very important to us. If you're looking for help with your mortgage, or buying a new home, look no further. Terry is definitely your guy!!!

  Terry with GEM Mortgage was awesome to work with. We had some specific dates that Terry had to work with to close on the two loans that we were working with Terry. GEM was able to extend our closing dates as not to interfere with previous lender's terms. Terry seemed to always be updating us with the status and was always available to answer questions we had. Terry and GEM Mortgage was so easy to work with that I have already referred them to a co-worker that is interested in refinancing.

  I had the best experience with Terry at GEM. I've bought homes before, but always seem to have surprises at the end. From the start, Terry took the time to explain everything to me. He explained what i needed and where to upload my docs to a secure portal for his review. I always felt that my data was safe and secure. Doesn't hurt that he knows all the agents in our area. Just mentioning that my MTG guy was Terry Bleecker definitely put the selling agent at ease. She knew it would be a smooth transaction. Look no further, this is the guy you want working for you.

  Terry at GEM mortgage is hands down the best experience we have had buying our first home. He is on top of everything through the entire process. Evan after closing escrow and living in our house for over a year now he is still in contact with us to help us understand any paperwork we receive and refinance information! We highly recommend Terry, even after his job is done he is still easy to can’t for any future questions!
