  The team at Gelt Financial was a pleasure to work with. They are so supportive and we were ready to close the loan in just 5 days from my first contact for a 1 million loan. We were working on an FMAC loan which was taking very long and at a point when we were going to lose the deal and earnest money Gelt Financial came to our rescue.
