      I'm not a current member, But I frequently deposit money to my landlord and the Team Members here are Always FANTASTIC! Team Member "Samantha" was very attentive and showed me how to deposit using their new virtual teller. Virtual Team Member "Edgar" was super courteous. Extremely Great Customer Service!!

      The first teller told called us over. I had three transactions. She sent us to a virtual teller. Who after compleating our transaction sent us back to a teller. Who finished our second transaction then sent us to a third teller. The first teller could have saved us on trip. I will never become a member. The only reason I scored a 2 is because Valerie the third teller was very nice and very helpful. The others didn't seem as they really cared or just hated their job.

      This credit union makes everything so inconvenient. From paying your bill, to talking with staff. One employee will tell you one thing and others will tell you the exact opposite. Can't wait to never deal with this place again. Update: Samantha and Ruth went out of their way to make things right.

      Least efficient way of banking I can imagine. Why have branches with machines that pretend to be tellers if they can’t actually help you the way a teller could. Total joke of a system.

      Atm never works no matter what side of town you are in. ATM TAKES YOUR MONEY WHEN YOU DEPOSIT AND DOESN'T GIVE IT BACK AND DOESN'T GO TO YOUR ACCOUNT EITHER THEY STEAL THAT MONEY. Worst bank ever DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE.
