      Honestly just angry about the hours here. The tellers used to be available till 6, and now it closes at 5 when I cannot get out of work to get there in time. And I can't go early cuz they don't open till 9.

      Wonderful bank, I go here every week for cash advances. There's hardly ever a wait for money services and everyone in the back is always professional and friendly. I do go early in the morning on weekdays so there's practically no wait. Maybe others that wait a long time are due to bad timing, either payday or the weekend.

      Horrible customer service. I have never been late on my car payment, just needed them to update my phone number, so I can pay through my app. Amanda operator 4705 was rude and was useless. She stressed me out as if I need more stress being an essential worker. She wanted me to come into the bank. What happened to social distancing? As soon or if we go back to normal after this virus situation I will be taking my loan elsewhere. Extremely disappointed.

      I hate dealing with computers!!!! It takes so much longer for something that could be quick!!!! The atm takes forever just to connect to a teller!!

      if you’re trying to get a hold of someone over the phone don’t even try. I I’m trying to dispute a charge and I can’t get past the automated voice.Have had to deal with this issue so many times it’s ridiculous

      I have never had a problem with GECU my husband has had a car loan there for several years. For the first time went to this location today to make a payment and was not impressed. First I asked how I could get set up to make a payment online, the teller did not seem to understand that, so I told her never mind I just wanted to make a payment. I told her that I wanted to make a $1200 payment and handed her my WF debit card. She asked if there was a limit on the cash advance, it is a debit card.... the money is in the account... so I told her no. She ran the card and said it got declined, over all she was very rude. I left went across the street to the ATM and withdrew $1200 walked back to GECU and made the payment.

      I actually like this bank better, I always see the reviews on this website and I have to say, no one made you pick this place and no tells you that you have to stay in this place. When I go to the bank they are kind and always asking if I need help. Making sure that what i need gets taken care of. Maybe people can hear you talk is because the bank is very small place and everyone talks loud, so if you don’t want people knowing your life or what’s going in your life then don’t say anything. Simple as that. As for everyone else’s issues is to deal with it, don’t like it then leave like i said before no one is making you stay against your will. For the people in the bank keep up with good work and don’t let anyone tell you anything

      Been with GECU for several years, have my Truck and personal loans with them, but the Horizon-Eastlake branch by far has worst customer service. Teller employee by the name Ines García, not once but twice has shown a total lack of professionalism and rather sit and avoid customers instead of offering a solution.

      Only 4 Automated tellers that are slow. The workers that work here are usless and can not help when lines get too long. Always over crowded. Zero stars would be a better rating.

      Bad customer service don’t give any courtesy credit. Wellsfargo and chase are always loyal and always honor courtesy credits. This bank has some dumb policies. I’m so sad for there bad practices and service cause I work for them. Jk (never)
