  I came in to sell my old bike, Chris quoted me a pretty fair amount for it, but since I wasn't sure he advised me to go shop it around until I felt more comfortable. I took his advice and ended up coming back a couple days later. Chris was there and kept his word and gave me the amount he promised for the bike. He's a great guy, very approachable and kind to the customers. Definitely would recommend them.

  Very unprofessional and will absolutely lie over the phone and waste your time and gas. When asked if they take certain items theyll tell you yes and quote a price. Then upon arrival will call owner so the top guy is the one responsible for the games and then sorry we dont need that now. Find a good shop like value pawn at least they wont lie and waste your time.

  100% false on all accounts: A) We do not quote prices over the phone ever. This is a company policy and has been in place since 2008 when our company was created. If you give us your phone number we can provide you with the recording to demonstate that would not have happened. B) I am the owner, and no one called me toay from this location to ask for help on anything so that certainly did not happen either. C) Value pawn is a publicly traded company and has by far the worst reputation in Florida for customer service. Just read all of their reviews at every location to see how poorly you will actually be treated there. More than likely you are a value pawn employee and we will contact the Regional manager at Value Pawn to see if that is the case. We would never post a 1star review on a competitor it is just bad business. If you are a legitamate customer, you are definitely looking for a different company since as you can see above, none of these things have happened today, nor would they ever happen. Thanks for your time.

  I stopped by today and I met a kind and attentive guy by the name of Chris. Unfortunately I was down on my luck and needed his assistance and I must say in all my years of dealing with the public I’ve never ever encountered someone who was ready for anything. ( I can be a bit much ) Honest and straight forward which is a rarity these days!!! So I say that if your in the area and need help or looking for something special be sure to ask for Chris or Jonathan. They are great with words and will take care of you even if your crying. So stop in and see them I promise you will never ever forget them. #gcpawnofdixiehwy#
