My wife went to the window to deposit over $300. When she got her receipt back, the deposit showed on $25.00 . She would have had no records for the transaction to prove the deposit. She then sent the receipt back and noted to bank staff of the mistake. She told my wife that it was a computer problem. Our advice, make sure you check the paper work before you leave, The staff and the bank has a problem.

Most definitely the worst bank I’ve ever experienced. I have had nothing but problem after problem with them. From rude tellers to not being able to use the online/app, EVER. 10/10 would not recommend to anyone.

I went in there today to cash my check and I know we can’t blame things on technology but the teller was very rude she was obviously a new girl didn’t know what she was doing took her about 20 minutes to even get the computer started and then took another 15 for her to go in the back and do something and then she finally told me that she couldn’t cash my check, I was very disappointed and I don’t plan on going back
