  This was easily the best experience ever! I provided all my info and Toni did the rest!!! Her and her girls kept me posted all along the way and even took care of some hiccups and had them resolved before I even needed to stress!! I loved how well they worked with my realtor, keeping her in the loop as well! The weekly update videos were super helpful as well, since this was our first buy! I never once wondered how things were going and if we were going to be able to close when we needed to! There needs to be a better word than FANTASTIC to describe this team! Love you all!

  I was a first time home buyer, and very ignorant about all of the ins and outs of getting a mortgage. That said, Toni and her team were awesome, and did whatever they could to help get my first house. Go with Gateway!

  Company is a joke. The people that work their are completely under a protocol that is so far out their and seem to know nothing about what they are doing. The paperwork they ask for to be completed and sent to them, its almost like whoever looks at it does not have the education to read or forgets what they had asked for and then they send a letter that states paperwork sent to them is incomplete. Please, look else where and do not deal with this independent company. They are depending on you to fail and will not work with you if you ever have a time that you may need assistance. No problem solving ability with any in this company up to supervisors. Pass gateway up, look elsewhere for your loan. BELIEVE ME!
