  From David Y. Kudos!!! Kudos to Charles Tadros and his team at Gateway Capital Mortgage. I am a disabled veteran and don't have the resources to pay high closing or down payments for my mortgage needs. So, I did my research and with help from the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), I found Charles and Gateway Capital Mortgage. Hi have not looked back ever since. Charles and his team helped me with my initial home purchase. Then, 4 years later, he and his team helped me refinance my VA home loan, so that, I could get cash out to modify my home to make it disability accessible for my physicals needs. Even though, most financial institutions won't even bother to assist a lowly disabled veteran like me, it is refreshing to see a company like Gateway Capital Mortgage and Charles show genuine concern and the willingness to go over and beyond their call of duty disabled veterans like myself.   I have closed and refinanced more than half a dozen times. I wish I had come across Gateway Capital and Charles Tadros much sooner. They were fantastic. The personal attention Charles puts into your account is second to none. Very responsive and always clear, open and professional in dealing with you. He treats your account like if it was his. I will definitely do business with them again and recommend to everyone in my circle. Fees are low and the service is high quality.

  Not only was Gateway a great rate up front with no messing around with hokey pokey games, points and rates and fees, but the title company came to our house exactly on time and was very professional and competent. Good transparency with the numbers start to finish. The whole process was one that I would recommend to my friends, colleagues, family, everyone. I have moved several times- and been through this process about ten times. This was the best.
