  One of the best banking experiences I've had. The staff at Gateway bank is very professional and they really care about their customers. I used Gateway's help to secure PPP for two of my businesses and they did an outstanding job. Kaetlyn in particular was amazing. I've multiple businesses and have accounts with 5 different banks but the service I received from Gateway Bank was world class and can't even comparable their level of service with some of the major banks I've worked in the past. I am happy to be their client and just wish I found them earlier.

  This bank helped my small business tremendously, we’re are a small mom and pop plant shop here in the Bay Area and they were able to help us get funding through the ppp loan program. This not only helped us to survive during these times but we we’re able to thrive and grow our business.   I have just received a first PPP Loan through Gateway Bank. My application was complicated but they made the process efficient and straightforward. My questions were answered promptly and very politely. All in all, their service was excellent. I am a very impressed. I highly recommend them.

  We applied for a PPP loan through Gateway Bank. The process was very simple, and Gateway kept us informed of our application status along the way. Our application was unusually complex. Rather than relying just on AI or computer software, Gateway took the extra time to review our situation, apply human judgement and logic, and get our loan approved.
