  Gary helped me buy my first home in June of 2022. From our initial meeting discussing purchasing power it was clear that Gary is an expert within the field, and about the market-climates in which he works. Furthermore, Gary was able to provide me assurance and confidence in my ability to afford and purchase my first home throughout the entirety of the process. Gary was consistently communicative at all times, was able to anticipate my and my realtors needs and, perhaps most importantly, got my loan closed on-time and with the terms I wanted.   Gary was the easiest person to go through when it came to our lender. Our 1st home buying experience was the complete opposite - stressful, frustrating and overwhelming. When we started the process of buying our 2nd home, we went with Gary as our lender this time around and it was the smoothest process! He was very clear with what we needed to do, documents we needed to have, and communicated with us every step of the way.
