  Vincent treats you like family. My girlfriend and I worked with Vincent and the Garden State Mortgage Corporation on the purchase of our new home in July 2020. During our initial conversation, Vincent told us the interest rate he thought we could get and prepared us for the closing costs we should be prepared to pay on the property. Every single detail we discussed on that first call turned out exactly as Vincent predicted it would, which was quite a refreshing departure from the rest of the home buying process. He got us the lowest interest rate available and even helped improve my credit score. When the closing costs came in a bit higher than expected(due to taxes) - he worked with us on his fees and rectified it immediately. I highly recommend working with Vincent and his team!!

  Our Loan Officer - Lalit Chaloo conducted a thorough research and provided the best and lowest rate available in the market. Overall turn around time for loan approval and sanction process was much faster than expected. Lalit provided step by step guidance through every stage of the process. Detailed documentation and explanation of all our queries made the overall experience pleasant. Lalit has this unique ability to make complex things simple.   Lalit from Garden State Mortgage Corp. provided outstanding customer service and helped us through every step of the refinancing process. Whenever there was a concern, Lalit addressed it immediately, responding even on the weekends and at night after business hours. My husband and I never felt that we were pressured for time and the entire refinancing process was seamless. On top of that they were able to provide an interest rate way better than couple of places that we called. We are very satisfied with her level of service and would gladly recommend her to anyone.

  I'm a first time home buyer and Vincent made the entire Mortgage process much easier than I anticipated. He communicated every step of the process clearly and in a manner that made me feel comfortable. From beginning to end Vincent took a white-glove approach and made sure no deadlines were missed and the lender received everything that was required of me. In fact, I was even lucky enough to get a rate reduction during the process and Vincent reached out to me immediately to notify me. I highly recommend Vincent to anyone looking to secure a mortgage or any loan for that matter. I will be working with him again to secure a HELOC.

  I was referred to Vincent through my realtor. Let me say, that I am so glad me and my wife took on Vincent as our mortgage originator and coordinator. He has a lot of patience (ideal for first time home buyers). He was very patience with both of us. We asked him so many questions because it was our first house. He led us through the entire process without complaint and was always available when we had questions even late in the evening. Our experience with Vincent was one of a kind. I would highly recommend Vincent especially if it's somebody's first house because he will explain everything in detail. We loved working with him. Excellent professionalism!

  Vinny was extremely helpful with the purchase of my first home. He made the process extremely easy and was always available whenever I needed him. When I first started the process of buying a home, I was completely nervous with the thought of even buying. Vinny made me feel comfortable with the entire process and different options available to me. He never steered me in the wrong direction.
