  Cedric was outstanding he helped me every step of the way. I was a first time home buyer and had alot of questions he was there at all times to answer them.   I’ve been working with Cedric for almost 2 years to find and buy a home. We started fall 2019 to see what needed to get done in order to qualify. Cedric advised me on what I needed to fix or payoff so I can get my credit where it needed to be. So 2020 rolls around and get myself ready to qualify for a home. Covid hits and the search stops. Meanwhile Cedric was always checking in on me to make sure I was where I wanted and needed to be. I was constantly submitting offers to get myself my first home., but the market has been crazy. So when I found a home I got approved conditionally. We hit many obstacles in the process of trying to get my loan approved. Cedric DID NOT give up on my family and I. He knew how important it was to get our first home. I got denied a few times and they stated why. Cedric came back around and help me submit any and all documents that would help me get approved. Cedric went above and beyond for my family and I, we also got an amazing interest rate. I can’t thank Cedric enough for making a dream come true. We are officially home owners. Cedric is the man, he will advise and help you achieve your goals. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND.✌️☺️
