  I have lived in various Gallina properties! Loved them all! Their Professionalism, friendliness and overall concern for everyone's well being is awesome! The staff at Tuscany was truly amazing!!! When and if I return to apartment living, I will contact them first. I want to thank them with all my ❤️

  I am current tenant at the Tuscany which is managed by Gallina and I brought up concerns with management at Tuscany, which then the supervisor for Gallina answered to. In response to my complaints they threatened to not renew my lease. Then they started charging me fees that they had never charged me before including a $30 late rent fee (rent was due Sunday and I paid it Monday) and fees for blinds which up until my complaints, they had provided for free. Jaclyn Gullick, the property supervisor, gave Gallina a 5 star google review after I wrote this review, and shortly after that refused to renew my lease.

  When I originally moved into the property at Schroeder Square the neighborhood was by and large quiet. Unfortunately crime has risen and the neighborhood has taken a left turn. The property owner / Gallina Management could make more of an effort to deter theft. Gallina Management has been fair to work with.

  2202 Luann Place Apartment Resident -- We have recently moved from Illinois to Wisconsin due to a job change. Apartment hunting was very tough here as we had looked at over 12 apartments and didn't like any due to the apartments being very old and not taken care of, or the management staff rude, hallways of buildings were smelly etc. With God's grace, the last evening before we had to decide where we were moving, I contacted Jackie, the Property Manager at Luann Place and got an appointment to view the apartment. When I went to the place and met Jackie, I was already very impressed with how helpful she was for all the questions I asked her before viewing the apartment. We went to see the apartment and it didn't take me more than a minute to decide that I wanted to call this my home :) The apartments have been very well taken care of, vaulted ceilings, big windows in both rooms, updated appliances, its a charm to stay here, no wonder they don't have vacant apartments often. I also came to know that people have been living here for more than 15 years or so.! And all of this, for such a reasonable price. If you are looking for an apartment, try this place, you won't regret!

  I lived in Fullers Woods Apartments for seven years and always had the best service, friendliness and professionalism from Gallina staff. By far the best apartment experience I've ever had. Thank you, Gallina. I'll miss my neighbors and the neighborhood.

  I was one day late with rent due to my bank account being compromised and management refused to forgive the late fee of $50! They must need the money more than me! Considering all the garbage going on in this world, Gallina fails in the area of compassion. Maybe that's why they have so many vacant apartments!!

  Reputable companies will help their customers with their needs without taking advantage of them. This is not a reputable company. This company will screw you if they can as long as it is "legal". For example, if you need a 6 month lease starting in July, they will make you sign a lease that goes longer through the winter months because they know it is hard for them to get new tenants during the winter. Don't like their offer? "Take or leave it" is there answer. They may even lie and say that the end date "depends on how many other leases are ending each month". That is a lie. The truth is they do not want any leases ending in the winter. If you don't like it, don't sign the lease they say. This is the point, they will take advantage of your situation if they can. This is not a reputable company and rents in Madison are controlled by a few large companies so what can you do? If you do business with this company, you will either get screwed or will need to hire a lawyer.

  The pine cove apartments are some of the best complex’s in Oregon especially for the price. Great management!!!
