  Had an incredibly easy experience from A-Z w/Andy & Luke on a refi (2nd w/Andy). The former management company for our HOA was a nightmare trying to get records & Luke did 100% of the legwork to get that resolved & close quickly. The docs are simple to sign & very user friendly, w/videos explaining the entire process in a manner a lowish average fella could understand. Highly recommend, I won’t do a mortgage without Andy & his team.

  I refer all of my buyer clients to Gagliano Mortgage. They have all of the loan programs at their disposal and do a great job of explaining those options to my buyers and me. I need to have a mortgage company that “goes the extra mile” for my clients because that is how I run my business. They responded quickly to our emails (even after hours!) and all of our questions were answered thoroughly and in terms we understood.   Update! This past year Andy and Shannon helped my wife and I purchase a beautiful home! They listen to all of our needs and our concerns and helped us set up a mortgage that works for us!   After shopping around, I found my best rates for my loan through Gagliano. Andy was very proactive to make sure my wife and I knew exactly what steps needed to be taken, so that we were ready for our move, He put all options in front of me, and explained which option is the most cost efficient. Due to my hectic schedule, it was often that I had to call him late at night... I'm pretty sure he got up from the dinner table a couple of times to take my call. Can't say enough good things and I highly recommend!

  Wow! What an experience with Gagliano Mortgage. We were shocked at the amount of paperwork, information etc. needed to complete this process, but Andy and his team navigated this process flawlessly, even in the face of extenuating circumstances.. To the self employed, I would highly recommend Gagliano Mortgage for workarounds and help specific to folks that other, larger firms would consider 'unbankable'. Thank you for making our dreams come true Andy!
