  I been in business 6 yrs, you load on my first Motorized bike. But today a new one in the box and business card wasn't enough. So I went back and road a built bike back and was met with total rudeness. They wouldn't even look at it. I paid 850 for these and put own brand name on it. They treated me like dirt and walked away. Below 20 out here. It was a very bad experience. He wouldn't even look out the window.

  I stop here to browse their firearm and ammo selection everytime I'm in or around Grand Island. Large selection of new and used firearms. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Prices seem to be very firm, or I'm a poor negotiator. Lol

  Square shooters! Good people! Any bad reviews of this place must have but a result previous management. Or, we're posted by competitor in the neighborhood. This place is on the up-and-up and thank GOD for them I have a roof over my head. 👍🙏🎸🎹🥁🎙️

  They took my stolen laptop and then I had to jump through hoops just to get my property back. Even tho I had the system key, bios password, and other information only I could know because I had set it. Be careful what you buy from here as it very well may be stolen too, oh and the police won't help to get stolen property back probably because they bribe them not to.

  Great place and great people. I have been a customer for over 30 years and have always been treated to great service and knowledgeable help. Whether it is guns, ammo, or reloading these folks know their stuff and are glad to help you out.

  This is more of a gun shop than a Pawn shop, easily 75% on their shop is taken up by hunting and shooting equipment. The guys have been usually pretty friendly when I stopped in and even went out of their way to help me pick a correct holster. Their ammo is a bit steep but their guns seem reasonably priced. I just wish their hours were a little more flexible.

  I have been shopping with Darlo for 31 years and my grandfather longer we love this place. Bought countless guns ammo and reloading supplies among other things. Always treated the best and prices resonable. I don't mind paying little more when I know I will get the help and info I need as well as the repair and service when needed. Thanks guys for all that you do!!!

  I have been going to this shop for about 5 years for a lot of my gun needs. I've purchased 2 rifles there and the staff there has always been warm, welcoming, completely professional and have always done the best to make sure I was a happy customer. For that reason, I always came back to give them more business - despite the fact that they do slightly over charge. I will preface this next part by explaining that I live in another state and work in Nebraska. I had ordered an item that needs to be shipped to my home state by law off of Silencershop's web site, and they are choosing to impose an optional "fee" of $40.00 dollars to use the Silencershop kiosk they have there (and yes I did ask Silencershop if the fee was optional, and they said yes). I had mentioned to them because of this, they'll never see another cent of my money, and that didn't seem to bother them. Obviously I've chosen to wait until I get home to do this seeing as they want to charge. I would recommend steering clear of this shop, if at all possible because apparently even if you do build up a good customer relationship, apparently they'll still give you the shaft and try and charge up the wazoo for something that should be free. My original review was in February of 2017.

  Great customer service I went in there and didn't really know what i needed and they asked me a couple questions of what I was looking for and such and helped me pick out a rifle and made the process super smooth

  I've been doing business with Darlo and his staff for over 25 years! Hands down they're one of best shops in the Midwest. If they don't have it, they'll order it!
