The payment arrangement choices suck ; Don't ask to set up auto payments or pay online; they will tell you they can't and that you have to contact them EVERY TIME to make a payment (which is just another way for them to get more money because they know people are going to forget and not want to be on hold forever on their stupid annoying phone system!) The first person I spoke with was rude and hung up on me but, a lady by the name of "Zoey" was a little more helpful just needed to stop jumping at all my keywords when I ask her something, like seriously if you listened to my whole question then answered that would solve more problems and give more answers.

Called to clear up some debt with them yesterday. They went above and beyond to help me. If anyone has had issues with this company, it's your own fault! I do have 2 other collections with them and they were more than willing to take payments. Bottom line, don't be upset with debt collectors, it's YOUR fault! They are just doing their job!

One star is one too many for this outfit. This is the most disrespectful company of any kind of business that I have ever encountered. My son was hurt playing college ball, and one of his medical bills got sent here. He called to ask if he could pay it over the phone and they wouldn't let him because he wanted to use my card and his name wasn't on it. They want to collect your money, but then they make you jump through hoops to get it paid. It would be one thing if they were understanding and willing to help, but this lady was completely rude. I could hear the conversation she was having with my son, and she should be embarrassed to be that discourteous, uncivil, and ill-mannered.

I was laid off my Government Contractor job. My wife then had dental work done in which the insurance only paid half because of the lay off. Eventually Credit management got my account. They are taking me to court and never even bothered to contact me. They raised the debt about 300.00 more. They are taking advantage of my situation turning it into a money maker for them. They are taking advantage of people that have been laid of because of Government cutbacks. I plan to countersue. And if unsuccessful, the press will get my story. Someone needs to take these scumbags down.

I absolutely agree with the other reviews that gave this place one star. (I would've given it zero stars, if possible). This place has one of the worse customer service and are difficult to work with. They treat you like if you're some type of criminal and keep threatening to take you to court if you don't agree to their terms, well, what if you can't afford to pay the amount they're asking for? If they're really here to help resolve a debt, then they should be able to AT LEAST meet you half way and resolve the problem. I hope this place reads their reviews and they do something to change their behavior and work ethic. TERRIBLE PLACE!!!!

Super friendly! She was really quick and answered all of my questions. I only gave 4 stars because our case went to lawyers within 60 days of getting my case. I did have to pay court fees, but not too much. She gave me confirmation numbers and said I will get a mailing within 30 days.

Very hard to work with and don't care. I'm trying to make the payments necessary to avoid garnishments on my paycheck but I need to be able to feed my family too. I told them my absolute maximum I could pay monthly, but that wasn't good enough. I understand the bill needs paid, but my kids need to eat and have a roof over their heads too. It's not like it's an account where I said "Oh cool, I need this!" and spent money I didn't have. It's medical and wasn't planned for!

Unwilling to negotiate a comfortable payment plan. seriously unsympathetic and dont care that you still have to be able to live! Too bad the hospitals are so quick to send a bill that no one was aware of or received since they staff billed it under a old address and we did have insurance. Once in cm hands you cant have it turned in as a clain

Worst company I have ever had to deal with and starts with the secretary who talks in a very rude tone. Not only is she rude but she tries to demean you and hangs up in your face if you get annoyed with the way they treat you. First they let my mom make a payment off her credit card, and her name, and even stating it was her, but then they don't want to take the payment and say they never have even though we have the credit card statements to prove it. If i was a company looking in to getting my debt, or collecting my debt i would definitely look into other companies seeing that they don't even know how to communicate, or how to operate their business with a certain standard. It is sad you can call one day, and then call again the next day and get two completely different answers. The fact that the first person you talk to, and the only person that you can even get hold of, is disrespectful and rude, and gives you a hard time until SHE HANGS UP ON YOU, is not professional or a good business practice. I am obviously not the only person who is displeased with their attitudes, work ethic, and business practices or they wouldn't have ONLY BAD REVIEWS. You definitely need to go to a workshop on customer service.

They were supposed to send me an itemized bill at the beginning of September & then sent it out at the beginning of November to the wrong address, they sent to physical not mailing. Since I never got it, it wasn’t paid. Now I’m being sued because they screwed up!! Pathetic leeches!
