      This is a completely unprofessional company and their work is sub par. They recently appraised my house for a mortgage refinance and lowered my sq footage by 600 sq ft because the lady does not know how to measure. When I called them to inform them of the error they were rude and told me to take it up with my bank. Luckily the refinance amount is low and my bank was happy with the appraised $. But I do wonder how they stay in business.
