  When it comes to qualifying for the best loan my clients can find, I refer them to John Bonanno for mortgage lending, planning and counseling. The most impressive thing about John is that he considers the best interest of the borrower. If there is a better loan through another lender, John will refer my client to that lender and forgo processing the loan himself. For this reason, I trust him implicitly. His honesty, frankness and desire to only do what is best for the client is why I refer my clients only to him. My clients only have to process one application with John and he shops for the lenders with the best terms for the borrower to make an informed choice.
