  I used eFunder to do a cashout refinance. Terence was very professional and knowledgeable about the process. He was patient with me as I asked him for options. He ran the numbers with different LTV values as well as interest rates and presented them to me in a format that I could understand to make the right choice for me. In gathering the documents needed for underwriting, eFunder/Terence reviewed all of my documents and requested more or corrections upfront before they ever made it to underwriting. I appreciate this a lot, as I used another broker who barely reviewed my documents and it is only weeks after when it was in underwriting that mistakes were spotted. Please continue to provide such attention to detail to your customers!
