      If I could give -10 stars I would. I just went to cash my check and some african american woman and man followed me in asking if I had a dollar and when I said no she got violent. The clerk didnt ask them to leave or say anything to them at all. I had to call the police which never came. Please if you work hard for your money dont go here. You will be harrassed and possibly robbed for you money upon leaving. Thank God my husband was there to intervene or things would have turned out very badly.

      Unprofessional and discriminating towards people of color. Jersey City residents lets stop keeping these ignorant bigots from making money in a community that they think less of from the people that live in it. We can’t allow this nonsense to continue, the power is with the people. If we stop going to this place and just go to another check cashing institution or just a bank , they’ll have no choice but to close their business. The power is with US

      Not one but 3 issues when coming to this location, 1. Wouldn’t take my partially ripped bill (it was ripped on the corner, which when I spoke to a Wells Fargo bank rep, they told me it was the law for them to take it) 2. Gave me a hard time cashing a check (mind you I work as a RN at a nursing home) and 3. Wouldn’t take a “old” $100 bill for the reason that other customers wouldn’t except it. (1. Horrible custom service and 2. if so they could’ve brought it the bank which I got it from because it’s still in circulation) I’ve been going to this location since I was 15 yrs old and only been having issues for the past few years (I’m almost 30)...new employees could be the problem...as far as I’m concerned, they have lost me as a customer and I will continue to tell people to go somewhere else!

      There Western Union machine is always randomly down it's ridiculous it's to the point where I'm starting to think they just don't want to do it.

      Horrible if u from new york and got a check from certain companies they dont know how to verify just go to the bank wasted 20 mins just 2 hear they cant verify stupid service
