Fulton Bank Reviews

Julie Henry2I have been banking here for approximately 5 years. While everyone is friendly, their systems are antiquated. The communication between departments, branches and corporate is terrible and I mean terrible. This most current issue is STILL not resolved! After giving my debit card number to a company to take advantage of a *free* offer online (careful not to sign up for anything and to screenshot each page that shows up to make sure/prove I wasn't spending money, other than a one time S & H charge of $4.95), I found I was charged $185. Due to recuperation from major surgery, I couldn't get to the bank, and I know/understand they need you to go to the bank to sign paperwork to dispute a charge (this happened once b4 a few years ago). I called the company that had charged me, twice. They were a disaster and after researching them online I found I was one of thousands who were scammed. Lesson learned. Back to the Fulton Bank... long story short, I went to the bank, filled out the paperwork, signed etc. Then... much to my surprise, about 12 days later, that SAME company was permitted to deduct ANOTHER $185! This is now almost $600 this company has taken, and MY BANK didn't protect me. I'm furious and I don't get furious easily or often. Since calling the bank very upset TWO days ago, I have not heard a word... No phone call, email OR money back in my account. As a small business owner myself I really make an effort to support other small/smaller companies. Lesson learned. When opening a bank account, go to a larger bank with better SOP'S, more staff and equipment.

John Oh5Nothing but great service here at this branch. The tellers are friendly and accommodating. Recently leased some new equipment for my business through Fulton and the new manager went above and beyond even speaking with the distributor directly to ensure the process went smoothly.

Craig F1Interest rates are terrible. When I moved money out of my savings and made the account zero I started to get overdraft fees. When I called bank they indicated that I had to go to the bank to close account. Fee was $6 and some rediculous thing that if I didn't pay it within a week I would start getting charged $6 dollars a day. So basically they are just trying to make you keep the account open. Doesn't seem customer friendly to me. Now I have to go out of my way to close the account. So I will close all my accounts. Should have just closed the savings account over the phone would have just left my other accounts.

Jillian Ruballos1Terrible customer service. Front end and manager. Usually you want to make a person happy I left there extremely disappointed. They asked me about accounts and I will never have one there. The manager told me should couldn't wave a fee that her supervisor did a week before. The teller at the front whole I was speaking to her walked away and when I told the manager she didn't seem too phased. Customer service with a smile ladies. Let's be professional.

Amy Rodriguez1I have been banking there for several years now. I haven't had a complaint until now. This past Saturday I got to the drive up 1 minute before noon. First time ever I was that close to closing but the open light was still on. Just as I was pulling up to the drive up lane, the girl who is always there to help me literally shut the door. I pressed the call button and told her the open light was still on. She said "I am doing something else now", put her head down and that was that. This morning I went in and when she said "Hi how are you " I said that was rude of her to do that on Saturday. Her response " when we close we close". I tried calling the manager a few minutes later and after 2 calls, the phone rang a few times and disconnected both times. Hmmm, Wondering if they have caller ID. So now I'm posting my experience. I would never treat a customer like that. And I've been in customer service for 30 years.
