      The employees at this branch are always friendly and helpful. I enjoy banking here! If I could ask for one thing to change, it would be that someone would always answer the phone during business hours. I understand not always being able to grab the phone, but this happens to me often. I’d be fine with having them answer “Please hold”, at least I know someone is there and will help me when they get free. Otherwise, no complaints!

      The bank is great! In the spring and summer they have chocolate milk for your kids if they are with you, they have lollipops and coffee all year long! Great snack! But the thing is with the website they only have the bank hours and not the drive through hours!

      Bank is ok I just wish they would fix the ATM or get another one and have 2 maybe a walk up one ? it is ALWAYS broken every time I go to get money sorry ATM down so I give only 3 stars should give 2 stars cause this is sort of a big deal to me because the nearest option is myerstown or Hamburg branch........please fix this problem Fulton !!!!

      Apparently if you don't have an account with them, they can't even break a $20.00 for you. I sure won't get an account with this bank after that treatment.
