  Basically if you don't have a legal status, I do no recommend this bank. Me and my husband went there, to get a joint account for immigration purpose, we thought it would be the most convenient, since he already has an account with them, when we sat down after my husband gave him his ID and she saw my Mexican passport, she asked me if I was an American citizen , I said no, she said sorry but if you aren't a resident or do not have a social security card, you can't have an account with us. With this being something needed for immigration, it's sad to see that they would have such a poor policy in place.

  Avoid if at all possible. This bank has the absolute worst website I have ever had to use for online banking. It’s an embarrassment. I’d expect a one branch backwater bank to do better, let alone a bank I see all over the area.

  We like the service we get from Fatima. She is nice and friendly. Always ready to help. They need to work on customer service.

  Seriously needs more help on a Saturday. And when a window opened up, they told me to wait and then closed their window for nothing. Only person who knows their job in there is Fatima.

  Horrible experience. Nothing but head aches. Messed up my credit card payments 3 times . Deposit the money in a different account . Only managed to send me a sorry letter.
