  I’ve been a member of FSU credit union since the late 80’s. I had such an amazing experience with my loan officer that I had to share. Bought out my vehicle lease and had the pleasure of collaborating with Sheree Walker as my loan officer. Wow, she was amazing from our first conversation until the completion of my refinance loan. I originally reached out to her 3 months prior to my vehicle lease ending to discuss my options and interest rates. Shortly after we spoke, I decided to move forward with the purchase of my vehicle. She guided me through the process while keeping the lines of communications open every step of the way. Even after my refinance was complete with FSU Credit Union Sheree reached out to let me know that she received the title and other documents from prior leasing institution. Now, that is a remarkable customer service experience that I had to share. If you ever need to refinance, purchase or any banking needs. I would highly recommend Sheree Walker!

  Applied for a loan from FSUCU. Sharon Snipes was amazing! She was professional, extremely polite, and eager to address any questions I had. She made the loan process extremely quick, easy, and painless. I would highly recommend FSUCU, especially if you speak to someone like Sharon!

  I absolutely love Tree Capital CU. Everyone is so helpful and courteous. But I really want to give thanks to Sheree Walker. She was not only able to get me financed a few months ago but she was also able to find me a vehicle that I love. I have had a small problem with my direct deposit and all it took was one phone call to Sheree and she had it fixed in no time. I feel like she goes above and beyond for her customers.   I have been a member since 2018 and a customer of Sheree Walker since late 2019. Over this time, she has helped me with several loans, both personal and for a vehicle, and she always makes it happen! She works hard for her customers and it is greatly appreciated.

  Sheree Walker is awesome! When we were purchasing a vehicle recently, the deal was secured quickly, the interest rate was very low, and we happily drove away in our new vehicle. We were not members of the credit union, we didn’t know Sheree, but she treated us like family and took great care of us. We refer everyone to Sheree now, because she knows how to treat customers. Thanks Sheree!!!

  We worked with Sheree Walker on auto loan refinancing and had a great experience. She is very knowledgeable and was willing to go above and beyond to ensure that everything went smoothly for us. Sheree kept in direct contact with us and answered any questions we had promptly and professionally. I cannot thank her enough for everything she did to help us and she was even able to recommend other services that Tree Capital Credit Union provides in order to save us more money that we were unaware of.   We recently financed a new vehicle with FSUCU and we had the pleasure of working with Sheree. She made the entire process easy. I was a little worried with the branch’s lobby being closed due to the Covid-19 pandemic but she went above and beyond to make the purchase of our vehicle go smoothly. Thank you Sheree!   I recently worked with Sheree on an auto loan. I would recommend her to anyone! She legitimately cares about her customers and her company's reputation. She went above and beyond helping me anyway she could. Sometimes meeting with me over her lunch. Initially I was disappointed in the response time of the company as a whole and the customer service as far as a jungle gym of an automated phone system. After seeing Sheree run around working 2 or three different positions, I understood why. She works hard and is very diligent in her work. She's willing to stay late and come in early if needed.

  My wife and I have been doing business with TCCU for over 20 years. We can never say enough about Sharon Snipes in the loan department. She has always gone above and beyond in her job. She has helped us with many financial decisions including helping our son establish credit. We appreciate her advice and encouragement with any questions or options that may have come up over the years. She works hard for her customers and treats them as family.
