  Daysha is the best associate I've had the pleasure of working with at the CollegeTown branch of FSU Credit Union! She is incredibly personable and was extremely helpful while handling my account investigation behind an unauthorized withdrawal. She is truly dedicated to helping others and deserves recognition for the work she does each day for members.

  Do Not use this credit union! They added $11,000 to my auto loan because they bought auto insurance for my vehicle. Even after I gave them proof of insurance they decided to only refund $3k of the $11k. This is criminal. My auto insurance only costs $1500 a year for my two vehicles. I'd expect this from Bank of America. But from a credit union, that's low.

  Ms. Sheree Walker provided amazing assistance to my daughter and I in purchasing an automobile! She displayed a commendable disposition, and was expeditious in all of her efforts. She went above and beyond our expectations and provided SUPERB customer service!!!   I had a wonderful experience today with Emmalee Hindle at FSU CU campus credit union. I took my son to get his first vehicle loan. She was very helpful with explaining things and helping us find the loan that was right for him. We look forward to our next experience with Emmalee.

  I recently took out an auto loan from FSU credit union to purchase a vehicle through a private seller out of state. I initially chose FSU CU because of their absolutely unbeatable interest rates for students. If my particular car buying situation (being out of state and through a private seller) wasn't already a complicated enough situation, everything that could have possibly gone wrong went wrong in acquisition of the title and getting it registered to my name. Throughout this nightmare of a car buying process FSU CU, specifically Kiona Tyler and her team at the campus location, helped out IMMENSELY! They were so willing to do whatever was necessary in order to help me with finalizing the process and they were so understanding throughout everything. Their customer service and willingness to go above and beyond for me was amazing! I was so impressed with their loan approval and acquisition process that I chose to start banking with them and I couldn't be happier. They have an amazing team from top to bottom and they've advised me as well as handled all my accounts and loans so professionally! I would recommend FSU CU to literally everybody! As students the AWESOME interest rates on savings accounts as well as really low rates on loans is amazing and for those that aren't students, the rates are just as competitive as anywhere else but with FSU CU you get PHENOMENAL customer service across the board. I'd give more than 5 stars if it was possible!

  I am truly happy with my decision to bank with FSU Credit Union. It is really a pleasure working with the staff at the Campus branch!!! They are always so helpful and I will refer ALL of my family and friends to FSU Credit Union. Thank you specifically to Kiona, Ashlee, Camilla, Melissa, and Joey for always being professional and an aid to me with my personal finances!

  Words cannot express the service I received from FSU CU. Mainly Kiona Tyler. From the loan application, to the payment process it was truly a one of a kind experience. The funny thing is I was referred to Kiona(FSU CU) from my current bank SunTrust. They said FSU CU can help you more than we can. In all honestly they truly leaned in and made sure I was taken care of and NOW I am saving thousands on my auto refinance. I will not go anywhere else for an auto loan ever again. I with FSU CU for LIFE!

  Had everything , and more, I needed. Much less expensive than a bank & far more personal. Plus, I love FSU!
