  Do not trust this bank I have been with then since 2008. They will steal your money if they make a mistake. Had a check bounce apparently a month after it was deposited, took 7 days to clear. Waited the time and sent the money back to source because I realized it was a bs gig. This bank is now stealing my money a month out because they cleared an, apparently, fraudulent check. This was not my mistake, when it cleared I thought I was safely assuming it was food because the bank said it was. Was just trying to start a new job. Do not trust this institution.

  I love Frontwave! Had an account with them for years. Never had any issues. All the employees are friendly and help you out, but the worker Melinda was extremely rude. She had an attitude with me for no reason, and told me she couldn’t cash my check because of a “certain limit.” When I asked for a different worker, this other worker was extremely friendly and helped me out fast and cashed out my check completely.

  Exceptional staff, respond & helpful to my needs. The cashiers are always neat in appearance, courteous & get the needs of the customers in a timely manner. Thanks to the Supervisor & staff for a job well done.

  I’ve been going here since my mother opened a savings account for me. All the ladies are professionals so sweet, caring and understanding. They’ve always been very helpful throughout my life #PMCU lol, thank you all for your help every time.

  Great Credit Union, lots of different accounts suited for everyone even Children please if you want your child to be money smart, make them a kids account, they even have teen account. All the staff is great and friendly especially the branch manager.

  Pretty pathetic bank. Guess they're too important and busy to update their hours online. Needed to cash A check to pay my bills on time and I put my faith in their info online. Big time mistake.

  Is there a 24 hour ATM available? Are you linked to other credit unions?

  Extremely long lines and slow employees. Employees are very rude and disrespectful. The building is very dirty and looks old and trashy.
