I have never wanted to switch from a bank as bad as I do now. The thing is, they make it ridiculously difficult in order to do that. Staff isn't helpful? Don't worry you can call them and spend two hours on hold! Can't see to get a call through? Never fear there website is as user friendly as if a three year old who can't read made it!

Whenever I walk in or call in, PMCU has always been helpful, regardless of the issue. Conveniently located on base, but it's a bit inconspicuous at the same time.

Asked what my problem was and when I told them I was locked out of my card they hung up on me probably cause they closed In 15 minutes but i desperately needed to get money out of my account. Straight trash
