  Horrible. Worked with Christopher and wanted to recharge a 500 app fee on a refi. Sorry but no fees is a lie here. Check out other competitors. My parents had over 750 and everything needed. Pathetic.

  $18 service fee every month for a regular checking, $30 check cancelling fee.. there’s even a fee just to transfer money externally to my one of my own bank accounts.. app is minimal, can barely do anything on there either. My other accounts are through Navy Fed and I don’t have to pay for ANY of these things. Once I’m able, my fiancé and I are going to rid of this bank. The only convenient thing about them, for me, is that they’re 2 miles away... literally can’t think of another pro.

  I love this bank. The staff at this branch is awesome. I have all my personal and business accounts here. I advise all my clients to open accounts at this bank/ branch. I highly recommend anyone who needs a bank account to come here with out thinking twice.

  I Have an account there,so I took my buddy down to cash a check of his..I went in the bank and had the bank teller help me.The teller there helped me and I was on my way...Now I go back to help another freind out ,and I used the atm deposit this time.And come the next few days the bank kicked it back.Then they send the check back to my old address,a photo copy of the check .I called them and let them know,and they told my "well the teller that cashed the check last week got in trouble "and they wont cash this check...it cost me dearly due to there ways as bankers...

  Joke of a bank. Can’t process cash advances and their atm withdrawal doesn’t work. Laughable honestly
