  I have never did a review before ever. But i had to give a shot out to Ruby who's Awesome!!! I was having a great deal of issues getting some important documents sent to the insurance company. I spoke with a few different people on the phone and even went to the office in Round Rock Tx. No one could seem to get this things done. I reached out to Ruby and she got the job done the same day and kept in touch with me. So I wanted to say Thank You!!!! You Rock 😁

  Mr Arizola was very helpful with adding an sr22 to my policy! He’s here almost every day. Works really hard. I would recommend him to everyone. Someone should give this guy a vacation!

  Ruby was very knowledgeable and helpful getting my insurance reinstated. I give her five stars and a thank you very much for her help in finding the right insurance for me. I regret ever posting this review. Be smart, go anywhere but Freeway Insurance. They will screw you over as soon as they have a chance. The person I spoke to was the worst. They will make sure your going to pay for coverage that you've been paying every month for a year! I would never refer anyone to Freeway Insurance.
