  Strongly recommend alternate provider. Good rates. Relatively smooth Refi process. TERRIBLE Service in all other capacities. Unresponsive to calls and emails. PAINFUL processes & ABSENT communication in managing insurance claim. It took over two months to gain their endorsement to clear final insurance roof repair. Paid contractor from savings to avoid delinquency. Request to file complaint remains unactioned.

  They are terrible at communication between depts as well as with their customers. An acquaintance has had nothing but a terrible experience with them recently. You will have to submit the same document at least 6 times before they finally get it, even though they confirmed they received it each time it’s sent. Need better overhead and retrain everyone! If you don’t work and are single then maybe finance through them because you will need all the time in the world to get them their documents repeatedly and make phone calls to them. Also, got to love that they call you, leave a message then you callback within a couple hours and guess what? They are out of the office for days. How ironic. Good luck!

  Hands down one of the greatest customer service experiences I have ever had. Buying my first home was a stressful process and I had a hard time getting the approval I needed to buy my first house. But at Freedom Lending, everyone involved went well out of their way to make sure that everything went smoothly and professionally. Freedom Lending works for the customer and it is obvious that their number one priority is doing everything in their power to satisfy customer needs. No other lender would have been able to get me approved for my first home; but freedom lending did. Not to mention that the level of knowledge and insight Ben provided in the whole process really took the stress out of the house buying experience. I would recommend Freedom Lending to anyone looking to purchase a home!

  Ben @Freedom is excellent to work with! I had an issue with my current home mortgage and he helped me get the best deal possible even though it wasn't through him and he wasn't making a cent! Excellent customer service. I have also referred friends to him and have had nothing but positive feedback all stating the same over the top service. Highly recommend, thanks again!

  Ben at Freedom Lending is a rockstar. My wife and I wanted to refinance our existing mortgage. Owning two companies and raising a young family makes deals like this a nightmare for us because we dont have the time during the day to work on it. There were multipule times I called him at night after the kids went to bed. He answered evertime and talked to me for as long as he needed too. Even with having to produce a mountain of documents.... He never hassled me and everything went off without a hitch. I will highly recommend Ben and his team to any of my family and friends because of his honesty and how easy the whole process was.

  I recently worked with Justin Roche at Freedom Lending and I have to say that I couldn't have been more pleased. He did such a great job with everything and when something needed to be done or an issue would arise, he was all over it! I would highly recommend!

  Did not have a good experience at all. I am a first time home buyer. Everthing started out good, but as it came down to closing on my home everything went down hill from there. Would not recommend this place. No follow through. Very poor customer service. And not well to work with.
