  I love my bank!! I have been with them since 2013 and never had any issues with it. The employees are all nice, friendly, warm, cheerful and welcoming. Though they don't know me by name after all these years, which would be nice to hear when I come in ("hello Ms. Huffman how are you today "), I am glad to be a member!

  I would not consider them for my banking. I called for a new loan application and was promised to be connected with an agent. Been 15 days and no call back yet.

  I had a bad experience that Jessica at the Vinton branch turned into a good experience. Jessica was able to help me and get me the information that I needed and what she wasn't able to provide over the phone she was more than willing to send in the mail to me. Thank you Jessica!
