Run! This company is a terrible lender with very bad business practices. First they attempted to take a second payment out because someone clicked the twice a month button and now they say I'm behind 20 days. All I did was move the payment date. It's like trying to resolve an issue with a brick wall. They do not care about the customer. They only care about their money.

andrew housser and brad stroh absolutely could not run a business even if mark ZUCCerberg held them at gunpoint. if you like being lied to and given the runaround, feel free to sign up or apply for a job. i guarantee you that you'll be more spent and jaded than you ever were before. the program will only go well for you of you get lucky enough to have an agent that actually cares to process your stuff, but it is honestly a rarity. its a rarity because there's no consistency, no team morale. with such a revolving door of leadership, why would anyone have the time to invest in bettering the company? if you're into low pay and practically no savings from something you honestly could do yourself, feel free to sign your life away.

I had this company help me resolve some debt problems. This was a huge MISTAKE!!!! I ended up paying an extra 12,000 than I would have if I paid all my debt IN FULL myself. Then on top of this they told me they couldn't locate a debt that I had with midland funding. That they had to dismiss this for me to finish my resolution. I am now in the process of buying a house and this debt is still over my head I called and took care of it right away. The issue is I am ONE week from closing and then this became an issue and I am now stressing to get this pay off letter. I don't understand why it was so easy for me to call and take care of this as opposed to a professional company that I paid to do this for 2 years. Would NEVER recommend this.

I had a interview today with them at 2:30 with a Sarah hendrickson was prepared and excited well at 1:30 I get a email stating it was canceled with her because they went with “ better candidates “ . First impression was they are not a good/professional and that is my sign to look somewhere else that is not unprofessional. Hopefully I dodged a big bullet with them .

This place is horrible to their employees. I know someone who was fired 4 days before their 90th day the day after he had a major surgery because they don’t want to pay their promised sign on bonus of $2000.

This company is truly a scam all together. If you want to waste money in a company that is lying to you from the start then look no further. I worked for this company as a customer service advocate and had been a complete nightmare. Sales will only tell you What you want to hear just to have you enroll in the program and after your first payment comes in the program you’ll never get a answer from your sales consultant ever again. Sale do not explain the program in details so they expect the client to read it all instead. So don’t believe nothing they tell you until you do your own research. Extremely high structured settlement fees to the facts that clients are not really saving money by being part of this “Debt Relief Program” please!!!!!!! y’all really pay attention to what you are signing yourself up for because as long as the sales person get that 1st program deposit then you’re on your own.. I were employed at FDR and I tell you once my higher ups found out that I were educated with a B.S. in biology the good vibe and energy came to a stop. They’ll fee like you’re trying to take their spot but when this company supposedly guarantees growth in the company. Feel more like crabs in a bucket. This company only worries about clients making their payments. basically act like they are the creditor because if you’re not able to make your payment they will get all in your personal business. Asking you have you been looking for work if you lost your job like people is not already depressed, feeing, sad and etc after loosing a job, or even family members. Supervisor do not like to do their jobs. Want you to do their jobs for them when clearly they don’t really do nothing other than listen to calls all day. Barely have knowledge themselves to help team members. Very unprofessional job, but I do feel sorry for customer service advocate because y’all are on the front line and nobody really cares for the attitude and different personalities you’re dealing with on the daily. All they care about is draft adherence which is how many client you keep from changing their payments so freedom can stall them out and still take forever to solve account with creditors..also if you love your phone blowing off the hook from FDR sending settlements that you don’t agree. Sending notifications about making extra payments when your program is not behind nor in jeopardy. This company really found a legitimate way to scam and con the ones that’s already struggling to keep up, I swear I thought this company is suppose to make you happy not angry and feeling that you’re stuck in the program after realizing how this program works... (((((pics coming soon on how managers conduct their meeting and coaching))))

literal scam. have heard of people paying double what they enrolled. unhelpful. never followed up with a colleague of mine. employees are not smart; no critical thinking skills and you can tell that a lot of them are bootlickers for money/status. company just puts band aids over problems. people, call creditors yourselves and negotiate on your own.

Please stay away from this unethical company. They have lied to me every step of the way. I'm shocked that someone could have a good experience with this racket. I did everything I was supposed to. They said it would take 4 years(or less if I didn't miss a payment and I never missed a single payment) and its been 4 years and 3 months and they say it could take 1 or 2 years longer. SHAME ON YOU YOU'RE DEVASTATING MY FAMILY!😣😢

Enrolled their debt relief program 4 years ago. Their system shows I will graduate on Nov 30th 2021. And there is only one account in negotiation. and my FDR dedicated account has enough money to pay if off, but they don't do anything. Finally reach out to their customer service after TONs of calling. After saying I want to take that account off, and will pay it by myself, they just hang up the phone. Then can't reach out them. I'm sooooo disappointed with them. Just want them to reach out to me and get me refund.
