  Very smooth experience. Completing and signing documents electronically made the process easy and safe! The app on our phone and tablet made it easy for us to conduct business even while out of town. The experience was virtual but our loan officer was present! Jocelyn was very attentive and walked us through every step of the process with professional courtesy and kindness. Jocelyn is a true professional. She made it easy to complete and submit the loan application. When we needed a pre-approval letter (we needed a couple) Jocelyn got back to us within the same day. Jocelyn and her team made the financial process of home buying painless. In a season when most lenders use the pandemic as a reason to be slow to action, Jocelyn and McClean mortgage were attentive and seemed to always be available to answer a question or provide advice. We highly recommend Jocelyn at the McClean mortgage group and will use them again in the future should the need arise.
