  I came to Freddy's team when a prior loan originator dissapointed me with his lack of knowledge and follow up. Freddy immediately took control of the process, and delivered the best possible loan for me. His team is very effective in staying on top of everything. And to me, the well deserved 5 star review is given especially because Freddy takes the time to send you a weekly video tupdating you on how the loan is coming along. Kudos to the Baez Team.

  I got introduced to Freddy and his team through a realtor and then the whole experience of buying my first home changed for me. Even though I ended changing realtors and had to walking away from a contract that did not serve my needs, Freddy Baez Team stayed tuned and was my supporting rock at all times.   Freddy is the type of person that goes the extra mile to ensure you have a smooth, flawless and on-time closing. For me and my hubby, he was very reliable and always had good insights and advise for each step of the process. At the beginning of our house buying process, we had an awful experience with someone else and then Freddy stepped in and totally saved the buy. He always had videos showing us each step of the process and was always available for any questions or doubts we had. Definitely recommend! 💯💯
