  Jason at Franklin Loan Center has helped both my sister and I with similar loans. He answered all of our questions, and we had several, and was very helpful walking us both through the loan process. I really had no clue where to turn, but i an thankful that i called Jason.   I was referred to Jason and the team at FLC by a colleague that recently purchased a home. Jason was always available to answer every question and address any concern. Did he ever! Whether it was through call, email, or text, Jason quickly replied and sprang into action. Had I sent a smoke signal, he probably would’ve found a way to answer that as well. What really impressed me was the personalized approach he took in discussing financing. He was able to find a solution, walk me through the process, and provide explanations.   Jason and his team did an amazing job closing my loan in 30 days. I had been looking for a home for about 7 months and each and every time I needed a pre-approval letter he provided it expeditiously. Once my offer was accepted, he did everything he could to make it work in the 30 days that we had to close this escrow. Even when problems arose, he worked with me and the others involved quickly and made sure that everything went as smoothly as possible with as little work on my end that he could. He did everything he could to get me the best possible rate as well as enroll me in programs that will help me in the future. I cannot recommend him enough. If you want someone fighting on your side, this is the company to go to. My next loan I am definitely coming back here.

  People say that purchasing a home is the most stressful thing you will do in your lifetime. Not so when working with Franklin Loan Center's Pasadena team. It was fantastic! Not once did I feel like I was being sold a bill of goods. I was given options and educated every step of the way. The result was the best possible loan for me.
