  Freedom Mtg mishandled my mortgage process which ended up prolonging the process and costime me several extra fees. Very unprofessional and the worst experience out of the several times I've taken mortgages and refinanced. Would give a ZERO if I could!

  I worked with Christine Perlow! To put it simply, shes awesome. She knows all about the mortgage process and first time home buyer programs. She helped a few people I know understand things a little better and some of them even thanked me for introducing them.

  Steve Klein is the best mortgage broker around. He will make the whole process from start to finish a breeze and is so upfront about everything nothing is a surprise. He put me first and always answered my questions and always picked up the phone no matter what time of the day or night it was. Use freedom mortgage and make sure Steve Klein is your broker you won't be disappointed, just very happy.

  I went to different banks to inquire about getting a mortgage and I was so unhappy about how I was treated. I was recommended by a realtor to see Frank Bove.   I was completely satisfied working with Alice Wong and Freedom Mortgage. Alice is the consummate professional and guided me flawlessly through the process.   My fiancee sold his house WAY BACK ,on july 16th, and , now its October 20th and no closing date yet! It's been rescheduled TWICE, the second time put off because of a mistake on their part, as they told us! They should have been trying to rectify their mistake! A unheard of Technically, not even our realtor ,who's been in business 40 years, ever heard of! In the meanwhile, because of the second closing date , my fiancee already gave notice at work! They are obviously stringing the buyer along till November 1rst so they can get more money at the closing! This experience has been, extremely upsetting and costly for everyone involved! Do not reccomend using them! Its now over 94 days and still no closing date! Unheard of! Sincerely, Alan O'Mara

  The worst experience I have ever had with any mortgage company in my life! They are inconsistent in there response , liars, no accountability it’s very sad. They lack integrity. Thank god I found a better lender. Poor follow up ... and instead of giving me a pre approval they gave me pre disclosure agreement. My husband and I were constantly follow up no follow through with staff . In addition , I saw some news articles recently about the way there pre approvals have been administered in the past. Very sad
