  Francie and her team were a delight to work with. As a first time home buyer, I was nervous as well as not sure what exactly I wanted. Francie is friendly while also being very frank about the market and gives you a realistic picture of what to expect. For example, we saw one house with her which she was happy to show us but she gave us an honest comment that there were already a dozen offers and backup offers and we needed to readjust our sights so the asking price wasn't at the top of our budget. At first I was a little taken aback, expecting her to try to upsell us, but I realized that the truth is, if you don't win, she doesn't win so she has no reason not to be totally honest with you. Without her expertise, I would have banged my head against the wall going for houses out of my range without knowing why I was being outbid. Once we found the perfect spot, she and her team gave us the best recommendations for lawyers and home inspectors and the like. They formed an invaluable team and she stayed involved through the whole process to make sure our loan officer and sellers had everything they needed to make the deal happen. Despite being one of the top (and busiest) realtors in Westchester, she is very responsive in communications. She is also great at translating messages between seller and buyer to keep both parties happy while getting things done quickly. She was an excellent asset to guide us through the process. Her team does great work in title searches and paperwork prep to help you get oriented to the town and neighborhood and she has routinely followed up with us after the sale to make sure we are happy and all is well. If you are a first time buyer, Francie will take good care of you!

  My experience with the Francie Malina Team, specifically with Melissa Palley, was amazing. As a first time buyer, I was so intimidated and overwhelmed by the process. Melissa made my husband and I feel so confident and supported throughout the whole search for our home, even throughout the chaos of the COVID-19 pandemic. She understood what we wanted and always made time to take use to showings. She never gave up and was so patient with our relentless questions, and is all around such a nice person to work with.   Francie Malina and her team exceeded my expectations by orders of magnitude. Not only did she secure multiple bids for my home (during a buyers market!), but she remained extremely present and available during the entire transaction and negotiated an excellent price and terms for my home. Francie and her team approached the deal with a wonderful human element, always conscious that behind both sides of a transaction are families. The most striking part of the entire transaction is that, unlike most agents, Francies job did not end the day she received her check. She continues to not only be helpful to my family but to the buyers who purchased my home and they weren't even her clients. Her follow through is extraordinary, her intelligence, knowledge of the market and attention to detail unmatched and her kindness stands alone in this industry. I would give 10 stars if I could.
