  Great place. My wife and I went there to open up an account and was treated to a very knowledgeable person who answered all the questions we could throw at her with haste. This is how customer service should be. We look forward to banking with Founders

  I've been a member here for a long time. I had an issue with a ATM cash deposit. So I have called to get this matter taken care of. I have called several times and Not one I mean NO one that I left a message with has returned my call. Mind you when a payment is due they expect their money. But when this happened and I NEED MY MONEY for Bill's that will not stop, it's like I don't matter at all. Might be time to make a change. Obviously my business doesn't matter anymore.

  U can't get a bank account there if u don't stay in that area

  Hi Darius, Where you live could qualify you for membership with Founders, but you can also qualify by your association with an employer or group. We are closed today for the Easter holiday but on Monday, please call 1-800-845-1614 to speak with a representative about joining.
