  I wouldn't give any stars but... Anyway I had a rainy day savings account which I haven't used in several years until the carona virus has almost wiped me out. So I called founders to get my money which would have helped tremendously only to find out that they took my money. I haven't used the account in several years so they closed my account and kept the money. Which was only about 400$ but it would have really helped. So if you ask my opinion don't use founders for anything!

  I was made to feel like a crook! I met with a customer service representative named Veronice who exhibited a negative, ugly attitude. Never again! I will not deal with a business that condones such treatment of clients.

  I absolutely love Founders!! I would definitely recommend this place. They make banking so easy and the people are super nice. They're the only Financial Institution I use now!
