      This bank launched new debit cards. I went to the grocery store and the transaction was declined. I returned to the bank along with several others and got a lot of excuses. I waited 45 minutes the day before to get the card and about 30 to get it fixed. Since then it has been hit and miss whether the card will work. It's even more frustrating that you have to wait until the actual bank is open to get assistance, dare not have a problem beyond business hours. I will be switching quickly
