  Went in here on my lunch break and wasted 45 minutes trying to get my Debit Card renewed. Was told I would need to wait for my card in the mail because of a "shortage of plastic." Was able to go to the North Tarrant location today and got it renewed in less than 5 minutes.

  I’ve been banking at this location for 3 years. Kristi Lee is the best in customer service! She goes above and beyond to make you feel special and even calls periodically if she hasn’t seen you recently. It’s like the way things use to be at a bank. I wish they would get an easily accessible ATM , that’s the only negative.

  The credit union on Brentwood Stair Rd is under construction but even before the drive thru is horrible. It's always packed and the tellers are very slow. That really needs to change. A lot of customers are on lunch break and have to get back to work. In line this morning for 15 minutes and not one car came out the line. I call inside to the lobby the teller says the lobby is open. I get out to go in.. a fort worth police doing security comes to the door rude as ever. Saying the lobby is not open and who told you that...get back in line. I was like wow... Bad experience.

  Hi Valerie, thank you for your feedback. We apologize for the inconvenience you experienced. Our Meadowbrook Office is under reconstruction and we only have our drive-thru services open for now. Our lobby is only opened for our members to see the Branch Manager or Financial Service Representative. All teller transactions can only be done in the drive-thru.   Their fraud department has flagged several of my transactions over the last 2 months due to "potential fraud". My transactions included family dinner, gas station, and groceries, etc. Needless to say, I've completed a handful of transactions at each of these venues in the past and I have sufficient funds in my account. It took 1 to 24 hours for me to regain access to my debit card each time. It was embarrassing for me. After contacting FTWCCU and their security partner, neither of them provided a root cause. Their security partner hung up on me. Im taking my money to a bank where I can use my funds.

  By far best branch! Amber is amazing! She is not only fast, efficient but makes the process of whatever financial services she is working with you on seem-less. They find a way to say yes instead of no. Helped me build my credit and offered me financial products when no one else did and I am forever grateful!
