      One can conduct a lot of business at their ATM machines. Their Android app is good too. There used to be a couple of machines inside the bank and they suddenly were gone. They lost a lot of employees with covid and it changed a lot of things at this branch through no fault of their own. My prayers are with them for it changed everyone's lives.

      I've had nothing but good experiences in this branch. They always are very friendly, timely and go the extra mile. I've dealt with the manager, loan officer (David), and ladies at the counter, all with positive results, never a problem.

      Worst customer service ever! New customer and the only black woman working there (with drawn on eyebrows) about 12:30pm today (09/22/21) almost made me want to close my account she was so rude. Lucky I've already deposited money or I would definitely closed this account. This location needs to do better

      This branch has the worst customer services I have ever seen in my life. I was refused services at this branch and told to go to another. I was not rude or anything they just sayed they had the right to refuse me making a deposit. I really regret having an account with Chase.

      Mrs Green absolutely saved the day, Chase made a mistake and instead of treating me like another number, I got amazing customer service she saved me from leaving chase this woman needs a raise. Flatoya Green is the only reason I'm still banking with chase! Thanks Mrs. Green!😎

      Went in bank to close my account. So that my money can't be taken out by a loan hacker. Get home open my app. Now I have two accounts. Unfreaking believable.

      I experience the worst form of customer service on yesterday! My brother and I walked in this location at 5:30 to open a joint savings account and was told we close at 6:00pm because it takes 45 min to open an account. We were told we needed to make an appointment. We went down the street to BOA which also closed at 6:00 and got it done with no issues. Chase could learn a thing or two regarding customer service from them. Customers come first!!!

      Teller couldn’t access business account, sent me to a waiting room for half an hour. Finally someone showed up only to find, long-story-short, that they couldn’t access my account either. Ended up with branch manager Brenda Crockett at 1:30pm on 03/20/19 still unable to access my account due to bank errror. Surprisingly I was suddenly brushed off because she said she hadn’t had lunch and needed to eat because she had a headache. I told I her hadn’t had lunch either and now I have a headache. Ended up leaving without being able to make a deposit or resolve any of these issues. Total waste of time... I’ll never step foot in this branch again!

      Customer service was horrible I waited over an hour to have papers notarized. There was one associate running both the drive thru and the lobby. There were two bankers in the lobby and one went to lunch with several customers waiting for assistance. I got up to ask what was taking so long and how much longer would my wait be. The associate said I'll be with you as soon as I'm finished with this customer. I told him that does not answer my question and asked for the corporate number to file a complaint. All of a sudden the lady in his office disappeared and he assisted. I would have left but my father was wheelchair bound. I have never had this experience at any other branch and will never do business at this location again.
