Rachel Young1Absolutely, hands down, THE WORST experience I've ever had with a financial institution. Outdated, difficult to use website, customer service agents take forever to answer the phone and then hang up on you halfway through so you have to call back and start all over. The branch is randomly closed for no apparent reason and no notice. DO NOT put your money here if you ever need a wire or a cashier's check, you'll never get it.

We had an unforeseen emergency of a potential gas leak and had to evacuate the entire building as a precaution, which did not allow us enough time to notify the membership as we would have liked to. Maryanne Theyerl5Tyler went above and beyond to help a couple of tourists. We belong to a credit union back home, and that was enough for him to help us get some forms in order so we could continue our vacation. Great customer service!

Raymond Bouvier5I have been a member of USAgencies Credit Union for over twenty years. The employees have always been courteous and helpful. Recently, I had a legal problem regarding securing canceled checks from several old years. The ladies at the counter could help for recent years and asked for assistance with their Supervisor . Supervisor Cindy provided it with above and beyond assistance requiring in-depth skill. She solved my problem in securing copies of these old checks. It solved my problem. Thanks, Cindy!!

Jacob Weiss5Possibly the best financial institution I have ever dealt with. They are polite, and understanding, USA GENIES always tried to help me with my loans and they were always understanding if I needed to help with loan payments. Everything is convenient they will help you with everything over the phone and there are no outrageous fees. They are great!

Paul Weiler2Usually very good and friendly. BUT- in COVID-19 times they have been very annoying with flagging everything for fraud. For example, every single charge to Instacart or Walmart. I used to at least get fraud confirmation texts to verify it’s actually me trying to make the charge, but not anymore! I had another charge decline tonight (Target) and now I can’t even talk to the fraud department, so I can’t even make my purchase. I can appreciate wanting to help keep my transactions secure, but this sort of thing is happening so often that I feel like I’m the bad guy.

Trey Ward1I've been a member of this credit union for almost a year now and every time I call in for help, I always get some lady who pretends to not know their own polices and seems to always want to get you off the phone. At this point I hate even going to the branch or calling for any help. I plan to find another credit union. I wouldn't recommend using this credit union.

Chris Knauf1This is, by far, the worst financial institution I have ever done business with. Not only is everything half assed, it'll always be that way because they done even pay a living wage. 12-13/look for yourself. In Portland? It'll never work, 30 years ago that was reasonable. Not anymore.
