  I love to come to this bank! These girls have such good manners and great customer service skills! Especially two that are very special to me I will only use their first names Bobbie and Teresa they always go the extra mile for me! Anyone that is looking for a bank I suggest you go to Master Street and give this bank a chance! I highly recommend them.

  Do not use this bank if you have any other option. If I could give less than a star, I would. I used this bank in 2017 when I lived in Corbin. When I moved to Georgia, I went in person and closed the account as there is not a Forcht Bank in Georgia. Several months later I got a collections call for $189.00. Of course I raised cane but since I didn't have the paperwork anywhere I ultimately had to pay it. I then called and made sure once again that the account it closed and there should be no further charges. Now the account is closed, I can't login to the online portal because it is closed, and two years later I get another collections call for $189.00. They are holding the account open, charging maintenance fees and then charging overdraft fees for the maintenance fee. Then they send it to collections without a single call knowing that my address has changed.

  Wonderful bank with wonderful service! The ITM’s have made banking so easy after office hours! 7-7, 7 days a week! Wow!

  Forcht bank is awesome , the online tellers are very convenient being open till 7:00 is great. The staff is superb especially Amy!!!!!
