  We've been working with Foley for almost a year now, our representative, Zach Peterson, goes above and beyond to provide support to ensure our continued success! Apparently, he's been in the business long enough if he doesn't know, he knows who to ask!!! Also, the implementation team is so cooperative, Cody and Keith are always accessible and in constant communication with you to make every effort to get you paid on time. I haven't had a single issue in getting paid on time in AT LEAST the last 50 loads submitted!! I would highly recommend this factoring company!!

  I would have been completely lost without the help of Zach Peterson!! The whole Foley team has been amazing. I would never do business with anyone else! They are so fast to respond to any questions I have. The team really goes above and beyond to make you feel like part of the family! This is a company that knows your success is their success.

  I’m with M&M Transportation and I’ve been with Foley for 3 years and have been completely satisfied with there service. They are Transparent with what they offer And don’t get any additional fees like most Factoring companies. They are very competitive with there factoring rates have low ACH fees and do a great job in getting our company funded same day. In three years I have built a great relationship with Edward Trujillo and the blue team, personally My experience with Edward Trujillo has been awesome he doesn’t make you feel like a business Transaction when you call, he takes the time to talk to you see how everything is going. As far as the Blue Team they are awesome to work with they communicate super fast with any issues they might Have with a broker so we can get them resolved ASAP. Definitely looking to keep working with them and have referred carriers and will continue to Refer carriers to them. Keep up the hard work

  My first and last factoring company ever i would never consider factoring after all the lessons I’ve learned with Foley? Zach Peterson is not honest when it comes to any issues you may have with billing or brokers you are own to deal with the problem don’t didn’t reach out behalf of making a phone call to get loads verified I would encounter this problem all the time where there a Number on the rate con and which usually it’s accounting department as a option to speak with and they do not do even take those measure on top for every invoice you send in it takes then 30 days to send out to broker so that’s an additional 30 days that load gets paid to Foley this is design to keep you in debt with so every load I factored I also send a copy of bol to broker and I was glad to get released from them but they are not a good factoring company and if anybody considered factoring I would not choose them they do not take responsibility for anything that they mess up on

  I've been working with Zach Peterson at Foley for several years now and it's by far the best factoring company relationship that I have. Zach has provided my Dispatch company with driver referrals and is always available when I need him. Great Guy to deal with, Great Company for Factoring.

  What can I say...in early 2018 I got a call from this Zach guy. Says he's with Foley Business Capital and proceeds to blather on about how his company is the best in the business and runs down how the business works and all that good gobbeldy goop. I wasn't quite ready for factoring but I told him to hollar back at me later and we'd see how things were goin. He checked in with me every couple of months and that was cool. He built a report with me during those phone calls and won my trust. When I finally got my authority up and running I gave Zach my business and I have not ever regretted it. My paper pushers are known as the "Blue Team" and they're pretty awesome too. Always willing to help in any way possible. If you find yourself in need of a factoring company give Zach Peterson a call. You'll love him too, pinky swear.

  Amazing people to work with. We finished our contract with TAFS and to get out from them was a hard they want to hold us for no reason. Somebody gave us referral to Foley and they work overtime and they just got done. JEFF ECKLEY we can't thank you enough and all Foley staff who worked in a different way to make sure we are out from TAFS and getting us ready to work with you guys thank you. If your looking for Factoring Company, I recommend give it a try to Foley you won't regret it.

  I started with Foley Services, now Foley Business Capital, about a year ago. I had contacted Matthew Rosenberger as part of an in-depth company research project for a working partnership that could keep my company not only FMCSA Compliant, but also handle my factoring needs. I was very impressed. After several months of comparison research; in which I was never pressured by Foley; (I cannot say the same for the other companies that were in my research) they had answered all of my questions down to the smallest details of what to expect from them. Matthew introduced me to EDWARD TRUJILLO, my company factoring representative. He spent quite a few months answering detailed questions. Again, never any pressure. Edward has been GREAT! If you want a factoring representative that is straight forward, up front, and always able to find you an answer......he is your man! Call and ask for EDWARD TRUJILLO for all YOUR COMPANY FACTORING NEEDS.

  Best customer service you could ask for. Each phone call with a Foley is a pleasure with anyone there. Truly an enjoyable experience each time talking to them. The factoring portal is very easier and the process everything for you in a prompt manner. Would recommend anyone to use them as their factoring company. 10/10
