  Sonic double charged my card. I asked Sarah, staff on the customer service team, to cancel the second transaction since I didn’t approve the second charge and she refused to do so because it was a debit card. So now I’m stuck without my money and can get neither side to fix the problem. So I now had somebody steal my money and my bank card was willing to do nothing about it. Great protection against theft. And I feel like the answers they are giving me are not good enough answers all they can say why is because it’s a debit card. They can’t explain what any difference is and why they don’t do that they just keep repeating themselves like a broken record.

  Courtney, if you contact Sonic (1-866-657-6642 is their customer service number) they should be able to refund one of the charges. We are not able to reverse charges on debit card purchases through our system, but the merchant can. Thank you and I apologize for this inconvenience.

  I am very happy with their services employees are very friendly specially finance manager Alex Lancaster and Kelly Stanford are the best people I would recommend everyone is a right place to have your personal and commercial accounts they take very seriously and very protective accounts and also insured your accounts by FDA so it’s very nice thank you :)

  Great bank to bank with. I like the tapping option introduced to atms, quicker, easier, safer and convinient. FNB is the best in terms of ATM services, cardless, app etc. Weldone FNB
