  Stephen Drew Niswonger of Florida Life Real Estate was a pleasure to work with and helped my wife and I secure our condo in New Smyrna Beach. I have previously represented myself in real estate transactions. However, in a very competitive, sellers market we decided to enlist the services of a professional. After a bit of research, we found Florida Life Real Estate and were referred to Drew. The fact that Drew only serves as a Buyer's Agent gave us confidence that he would be able to focus on our needs, and not those of any seller. Our choice paid off, as Drew successfully helped us navigate a multiple offer scenario, late on a Friday evening. Simply put, if Drew was not on the phone negotiating for us when we needed him, we would not have been able to submit the winning offer. I will close by sharing two additional examples of Drew's professionalism. We initially looked at a house to purchase, but had trepidations about the undeveloped property that was adjacent to the lot. Within hours, Drew had information about the zoning and developer's plan. Even though Drew knew that the information made the purchase less likely, he wanted to make sure that we made an informed decision. Finally, after our inspection period and after closing on our condo, Drew helped us to navigate a complicated boat slip issue and secure cash from the seller's escrow account. Again, he spent significant time on this after we closed on the condo, to make sure our interests were being protected. We are truly thankful for Stephen Drew Niswonger and the team at Florida Life Real Estate.
