  Just stopped here to cash a customer's check. The teller acted like I was suspicious and kept looking at me from the corner of her eye like she expected me to grow horns. Charged me a $5 fee to cash the check drawn on their bank when the non-customer check cashing policy posted there at the counter said it was no charge for a personal check. I brought that to her attention and she still charged the fee after confirming that it did fall into that category. I hope she gets some good use out of that $5 because she obviously felt like she needed it more than I did! 👎👎👎👎👎 ATTN OWNER. Not sure how to PM when the business doesn't have messaging turned on

  9 dollars a month, or 13 for "Elite" checking? That's very expensive. The customer service lady was very unfriendly to answer my questions about opening an account too. Pretty clear she hates her job. Won't be going to this tiny fancy looking little hole in the wall bank. I'm a working man, and will be going to a bank that offers friendly service and free checking.

  I'm very disappointed that they lost an important individual today. You say it's not your "culture" to be mean, but it's not your "culture" to talk about someone behind their back either. Everyone is in shock and disappointed. I hope those who made this happen are happy. Congratulations. She was an amazing person and overall an amazing employee. This is ridiculous.
