Despite my parents having banked with Florence Savings for several decades, despite the legacy my parents left me, FSB refused my mortgage request in 2015. Which was immediately granted by Luso Federal Credit Union in Ludlow. FSB is overrated and does not take into consideration customer loyalty. Sorry to post this - my mother Mary knew most of the bank tellers by first name until about 2012.
