  I have only been in investment real estate for about 3 years but have invested in around 10 properties so far and working with Sidni at Flipco was the easiest stress free purchase of a home I have had to date.   First time working with Flipco, they were able to close a tricky transaction in less than 4 days with us, over the weekend. We had several changes and flipco accomplished all quickly, super friendly and professional. We will definitely use them again !   Extremely grateful I took the decision to work with Sidni and the FlipCo team on an investment property with a tight timeline. The previous Lender decided to change terms with only a few days from closing. Sidni and her team were able to come through and exceed my expectations.   I have used other hard money lenders in the past but FlipCo has blown the others out of the water. I just started using them this year and have borrowed on three houses with them. They make the buying process very smooth and easy. Kayla and her team have been so responsive and communicative; they have answered each and every one of my questions and actually reach out to me to check in during the remodel! On top of that, their percentages and fees are very competitive. You will not be disappointed with FlipCo - their services are top notch!
